Michael was a beloved member of our Customer Excellence team —known for his patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to helping others. Many of you may have interacted with him over the years and experienced firsthand his thoughtful approach to problem‑solving and the genuine care he brought to every conversation.
Michael provided support for a broad audience of users across PolicyStat, PolicyMedical, oneSOURCE, and Optima/Loop. His contributions to our customers, our products, and our community were significant, and his absence will be deeply felt by all of us.
